Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Deliveries to remote areas, or during busy holiday periods, can take longer.

If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page. Tracking can take a few days to update after your package leaves the warehouse.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Late or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us at kantoshop98@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down or make it right.
