How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items can ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be charged customs fees or import duties by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. After an order has been sent to our warehouse, we can't change or cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace or refund it at no cost. Read the full Refund Policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
